    Endigar,

    I have had those same feelings in my life at many different times.

    But I have had a lot of help over the years. Your connections with AA will continue to make things better but lots of other help is available. It is humbling asking for help but it is the only way to peace and serenity. Stay connected.

    You will remain in my prayers in these days.
